FLEETOPTICS IS COMPLETE TRASH

My package was supposed to be delivered a few days ago. Since then I've experienced many confusing delays. The tracking information said that the driver started their route. When I went to check on the status of my package it said "exception" and "could not attempt"... No updates since... Very vague information provided by FleetOptics. Not very reassuring. When I googled what "could not attempt" is even supposed to mean, the FleetOptics website says "Your package was missing at the time of the delivery. It’s possible that your package was mis-sorted by error or lost in transit." I have attempted to reach out to them through “Parcel Delivery Inquiries” and filled out the form but have not heard anything back since.

Please no more Fleet Optics. They phoned me at 8:30am on Saturday (tracking didn't say it was out for delivery) but I was in the shower and didn't pick up. Today (Monday) I find out that they left my package outside of my apartment building and luckily someone brought it inside and left it in my lobby by the building manager's office. What the heck?! What courier company leaves a package outside a large and busy apartment building? What company has vague tracking and no out for delivery status or anything? Last time Fleet Optics delivered they phoned me, had me go down to the lobby (that's fine) but no one was there, I ended up going outside to the street, no one around, and finally after about a minute of me just standing there some guy got out of his car and handed me a package. Why couldn't they use my buzzer and meet me at the door?! Please use Canada Post, I don't care if it takes longer at least it is reliable. I would even pay for a Canada Post shipping option. Or an option to pick up at a store. ANYTHING BUT FLEETOPTICS!
