FLEET OPTICS LOST MY PACKAGE???

I've received a notification that my 150$ order was delivered but its iMPOSSIBLE since I was at home all day and didn't hear my door ring at all. I now read so many other comment saying that fleet optics have said to deliver their package only for it to be lost... I know that Sephora wanted to try out other carriers since Canada Post might be overwhelmed but PLEASE if they're is anyone who can help me with this, PLEASE PLEASE contact me.
