FLASH shipping

Is FLASH shipping ever eligible for sales?  For example, when Sephora has 10, 15 and 25% off sales, can these be applied to the FLASH shipping?

Hi @Anonymous7, great question! At this time, promotions can't be applied to the cost of Flash shipping.
