Eyeshadow broke /Sephora's new packaging is too minimal

New vs Old mail packaging at Sephora. In the past they used a lot of paper to fill their boxes, now it's only 1 scrunched piece and 1 bubble wrap sheet. I don't mind less paper for waste but more air bags and a bubble wrap sleeve for palettes and powder items would be good. It's worrisome when palettes come in packages like these. 

One of my eyeshadows broke. Two packages came with the flimsy packaging. BUT! For the square box instead of the rectangle ones, it was packaged SO sweetly with care, whoever did that, 💕. They used many sheets of the old paper to make a thick sandwich and put the eyeshadows in between and I liked that a lot. They were very thorough in their checkmarks on the receipt, they did their job well. I would like it if they were recognized somehow.  

I don't need so much old packaging but more air bags so indiv shadows aren't rolling around or bubble wrap sleeves would be good, esply for palettes and singles.
