Eyeliner dried out

I used my 100 points to get the Kat Von D Tattoo eyeliner and when I tried it it was dried out and wouldn't apply on my eyelids after vigorous shaking. When it finally let out a little it was patchy and I couldn't do a full wing. I was excited because a Sephora employee used it on me in store and I liked it so I thought this would be a great way to try it. I'm disappointed I used my points on something I can't even use.
