Eyeliner broke

I recently purchased an eyeliner (from my last order) and I only used it once. I put the cap back on when I was done.  Then today I couldn't take the cap off. I even had to have my bf try to pull it off, but it wouldn't budge.  I tried to use pliers too.  It ended up breaking in half.  Is it possible that I can exchange it in store if I print out my order page?
