Eye make-up and eyelash extensions.

I habe lash extension and totally love them! Problem is, I also miss my car eye. I love using colorful liquid liner, especially green and purple. Can you tell me which eyeliner are safe to use? I know I am not supposed to use waterproof eyeliner but I would prefer to be told which product are best vs just buying a non waterproof eyeliner. I know it should be oil free too so I figured a sephora someone at sephora could help me but I didn't get much help.
