Extremely disappointed with Sephora Customer Service

My husband purchased 2 bottles of Tom Ford cologne. He bought the items in store to be shipped to our home. First, the package was delayed. Second, the package arrived with only 1 bottle of cologne. My husband recorded opening the package because he already felt skeptical about the delayed shipment. He proceeded to contact customer service and even went to the store and spoke to the manager and shared the video. The manager instructed him to upload the video which he did. Customer service denied handling the issue or issuing a refund. I am beyond livid with the way this was handled!!! Sephora will hear from me first thing in the morning! Sephora, DO BETTER!!!
