Extremely Slow Shipping?

I ordered a product for my mom on the first of December. It's a brightening skin cream set. I am Rouge status and it still hasn't came yet. I want to give it to her for Christmas. However, the two eyeshadow palettes I ordered on the 10th of December have already shipped. What gives?
