Extra 500 points didn't add up

Hi, there is an offer to automatically earn 500 points if we spend more than $75. I spent $110 yesterday in store, and the points didn't add up to my account. Can you fix that, please?

I am having trouble with not having my extra 500 points added on to my purchase that I made in store on 8/31. It was about $99. I purchased an item in store that was $22 then I had to have the other item shipped to my house (that item was I think $72). I'm not sure if the reason I haven't gotten the points added to my account was that one was in store and one was shipped?
They were both on the same transaction, so I'm confused.

I did try to use the coupon and order something on the app, but it said that I couldn't because I already used it.

If you could please look into this matter, I'd REALLY appreciate it! I'm so close to being a Rouge member lol.

My bonus points aren't showing yet either from my in store purchase. Is there a delay when bonus points are awarded?

@SunriseMom Yes, it can take up to 48 hours for the extra points to be added. If it is past that time frame, we will be happy to check on it for you. Please send me a PM with your registered email address and date of purchase.
