Has anyone else who has paid for the daily express shipping package for the year ever successfully been able to use it?

i am frustrated because I spent $65 for the year to cover this and still waiting up to a week for my packages.

I'm sorry for the trouble with your Same-Day Delivery subscription! Please note that placing a same-day delivery order is different than placing a standard shipping order. With standard shipping, orders are packed and shipped from our distribution centers. With same-day delivery they are sent from a nearby store location. 

To place a same-day delivery order, please visit each product page and search your zip/postal code in the "Same Day Delivery" area. If it shows the product is available for same-day delivery you can move it to your basket and complete the order.
