Expired product

I received a NARS Laguna bronzer on 5/4/2019 and it turns out that it was an expired product. In fact, it was manufactured in 2015!! With the shelf life being 36 months (pre-opening product) and the usage period 24 months (after opening product), I would say that this is well past it's expiration date by any means.

I have extremely sensitive skin and it's not acceptable that a make-up company is sending/selling expired products. Please advise.

Hi @sdrrw, so sorry to hear this! If you're unsatisfied with a product you ordered, you are welcome to either mail it back to us using the free printable return label found on sephora.com, or return it to your local store.
