Expired points

I was very upset to hear that my almost 1000 points expired. I was told they do not expire. No warning at all. 

i used to spend thousands at Sephora but was unable to buy for a year due to financial difficulties. Now I would like to buy again but not sure how i feel knowing that almost 1000 points were just taken away…

Hi @victoriaPc I'm sorry to hear about your points! Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
