Expired point

I noticed my points expired before I made a huge purchase with my giftcards that I received from work. Has anyone gotten their points reimbursed? I honestly had no idea they expired and was surprised there was no email about it either.

@Cloudy66x Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year. I will send you a PM.
