Expired Points

Due to the pandemic I wasn't able to make any purchases at Sephora. I discovered I lost 1299 points January 2021. Is there any way Sephora is making exceptions for customers due to the pandemic?

 

Please advise.

Hi @catalinas,
 
Points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward  or the birthday gift. I'll look into this then send you a PM.
