Expired Points Question

Hi! I just realized my 9916 points expired when I was about to make a purchase today. I saw some other posts saying there should be notification/email about the expiring points, but I went through my inbox and didn’t see any email warning me before the year-end… I’ve also seen another post saying they didn’t receive any email or notification about expiring points either.

I’ve been making purchases every year except last year so I never realized that points would expire. Is there a way to get the expired points reinstated?

@sabmmm  Points don’t expire as long as you have made a purchase or redeemed a reward or free birthday gift within the last year.  It looks like your private messages are currently turned off.
