Expired $100 Rouge Reward!

The policy of 90 day limits to redeem Rouge Rewards AND forfeiture of points is extremely unreasonable. Just discovered my $100 reward recently expired, and that Sephora also keeps the 2,500 points I redeemed.  That Sephora treats loyal Rouge customers this way, especially given the $2K in yearly purchases, is absolutely stunning and disappointing. Can no longer see the benefits of being a customer.

Hello! sorry to chime in and be the 30th person whose bombarded you with request for help with losing rewards and points! lol! 

 

Im sorry to say I am on this crazy train also!

 

You are very kind to help everyone, I have a small question it may differ a bit from rouge reward.

but, I just saw I lost my $30.00 reward and am super confused as it is still the day it expired on. 

 

My 30.00 Credit Card reward expired on December 6. I thought I had until midnight to use it so I thought I would 

get my children down and shop a little bit and use it before then! However, I just logged in and saw it expired and that was at 10:37PM and it is now 11:25pm December 6. I looked up where Sephora HQ may be located and found Sephora usually goes by pacific time so technically its only 10:25pm. I am not at midnight yet! It is still December 6! and according to Sephora using PT time its definitely still Dec 6! ok.. or, Maybe not..  It's possible they're going by Eastern time! I am not sure. 

 

However I am requesting some help and guidance into this as I really wanted to use that as it would help with Christmas gifts! I do understand I forfeit it if I don't use by the date.
