Expired $100 Rouge Reward

I just realized my $100 Rouge reward expired a week ago. Contacted customer service and they were not helpful and kept saying the same thing over and over again. I’ve been VIB Rouge for years and I’m very frustrated to see my 2,500 points just go away. This is not the service I expect when I spend thousands of dollars each year at Sephora!! They’re obviously taking advantage of COVID that everyone can’t go out and shop. No flexibility at all! Disappointing!
