Experience at Sephora CF Rideau Centre

Hello,

I traveled to Ottawa the week of October 9th for business, I was flying out on Friday the 12th and decided to stop by the mall to do some shopping before my flight. I was looking for a new foundation and concealer at the time, however, after not being approached by any customer service representative at all (which is odd, considering any of the Sephora locations I have been to, I've always been helped), I asked someone for help with looking for a foundation, I was told that someone would be with me soon. I waited around for at least 10-12 minutes, and starting looking around myself, however I wasn't able to find the foundation I was looking for and decided to ask someone for help again, at this point I was told "sorry the store is really busy right now, we will do our best to get someone to help you." There were honestly about 8 customers in the store at that time, it was not by any means "super busy". I did notice that other customers were being helped and greeted, but I had asked at least 2 or 3 times for someone to help me and no one was available, even though there were employees chatting with one another on the floor.  I felt as though there was no urgency, no care for the customer, in fact employees were busy chatting with one another instead of looking to help customers that were looking for products. After trying to look for the foundation and concealer on my own, I was so disappointed by the service at this location, I no longer wanted to even purchase the products I had found. I have never been so disappointed with the level of service and care received, since this is not common at all at Sephora locations, I would urge someone to look into this.
