Expedited Shipping Refund?

Good morning,

I had placed an order on Tuesday, July 20th and paid $16.95 for Expedited Shipping to arrive yesterday, Thursday, July 22nd. I had purchased Expedited Shipping to receive the item yesterday, however it is expected to be delivered today.

I had placed orders from other stores on Tuesday and received them on Thursday without Express/Expedited Shipping, so I'm confused and somewhat disappointed that I did not receive my order as yesterday as promised, especially since I paid for the extra shipping cost.

Would it be possible to receive a refund for the Expedited Shipping cost?
