Expedited Order Shipped via Lasership with Invalid Tracking Number

I placed an order today and paid $16.95 for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, my order was shipped via Lasership. The last time this carrier was used my order was STOLEN! Also, the tracking number provided is listed as invalid on the lasership website. I do not think it is fair for me to purchase premium items and pay extra costs in shipping fees for items I cannot track. Please change the carrier or provide the proper tracking number for my expedited order.

Hello,

I will continue to post here until this is rectified. I do not understand why a package that was prepared on Sunday with a valid tracking number was not given to USPS. I know that there are delays but my first order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. I do not want the things that I paid for to be stolen because I am not being given adequate information to track them.

I sent a private message stating that I would like to cancel and receive a full refund for my expedited order ending in 2611 that I placed today. The item is being shipped via Lasership. Given my past experience with this carrier, I would rather receive a full refund for the order. In the past, Lasership has stolen my packages by marking as delivered when it was not. Furthermore, the lasership tracking number associated with this order is not in the system and can't be tracked. Please refund the order ending in 2611.
