Expedited Order Refund Request

Hello,

I sent a private message to an associate stating that I would like to receive a full refund for my expedited order ending in x2611 (placed on 2/8/2021). The item is being shipped via Lasership. Given my horrendous experience with this carrier, I would rather receive a full refund. Lasership has stolen and/or delivered my packages to the wrong address in the past. Furthermore, the Lasership tracking number associated with this order is not in their system, is listed as invalid and can't be tracked. Therefore, please refund the order ending in x2611.

Hello, 

I sent another private message regarding the order ending in x1089. The order is supposed to be delivered today via USPS but there has been no movement. Can you please file a claim or inquire as to why it was not delivered on time when the USPS facility in Maryland is only an hour from my home. 

 

Additionally, I am wondering why the second order that was shipped via Lasership originated in New Jersey. I was told that all orders being sent to the Eastern part of the country would come from the distribution center in Perryman Maryland. I truly hope that I am receiving a legitimate product and not fake or used cosmetics. I also hope that I will receive my TWO orders as one of them is a birthday present.
