Exchanging products

Hey, I just recently purchased a new Huda Beauty setting powder but I got the wrong shade, i would exchange it but i donโ€™t have the original packaging with me and I never opened the actual product. is there anyway I can still exchange it and get the correct color I need?

I'm sorry this shade is not working out! It shouldn't be a problem if you don't have the original packaging. As long as the item is gently used and you have proof of the purchase (such as the receipt or your BI account information), the store can process an exchange for you within 60 days.
