Exchanging an exchange

Hi, I bought a foundation online that was the wrong shade and I came in person and exchanged it for my shade. I finally tried the product and come to find out I don’t like it. Is it possible to exchange the foundation again for something else. I don’t have the exchange receipt but I do have an account ?
