Exchanging Damaged Palette?

I received my Sephora Pro Smokey Jewels palette in the mail yesterday and three of the shadows were shattered in the pans and got all over the other shadows and the inside of the packaging(not sure if it was damaged prior to shipping or during shipping process). Does anyone know if Sephora accepts exchanges for online purchases? The Sephora near my house has the palette in stock but I'm not sure if they do exchanges for online purchases. I emailed Sephora and am waiting to hear back from them.

Update: Just received a response from Sephora to my email and they've sent a replacement through the mail!
