Exchange

If I wanna exchange something which sells online only, should I bring it to stores or what? It’s actually Tom ford eye quad.

If the item is only available online, I suggest returning back to our warehouse for a refund. Sephora.com is unable to process exchanges.  If you do take the item to the store, they will only be able to process a refund.
