Exchange without receipt

I got the Morphe 39A palette as a gift from my grandmother for Xmas but I already have it!! She doesn't know where she placed the receipt and I was wondering if I'm able to exchange it without the receipt she said she didn't leave her information in store so they wouldn't even be able to search her up. I haven't opened it or swatch any of the colour at all. Am I able to exchange without a receipt? It says I have 60 days online and it's storediscretion and morphe hasn't been in stores for that long.. do you think it will be okay??

Regretfully, if you do not have the receipt or the purchase cannot be verified in the store system, a return or exchange cannot be processed.
