Exchange/return without receipt

If I don’t have the receipt, could I return or exchange a product? I have heard that if it is on your beauty insider’s account you could change it or something like that

@valeria2107 If the item is in your Purchase History, the store should be able to pull up your account and find the item in your Purchase History to process a return/exchange. For more information, I suggest contacting your local Sephora store directly. Thanks!

Hi, can I make an exchange in any Sephora Sotre even though it’s not the store where  I bought my Shark FlexStyle? I got it in the Sephora sale. I got it as a gift and only have screenshot of the Order number, date of purchase,the email that was used in the purchase, I think I can get the receipt or confirmation email? But is it possible with the first things I mentioned? Pls help 🥺

Hi I have the same problem, because my Shark FlexStyle (got it in the Sephora sale) the oval brush falls everytime I use it making it impossible to do my hair, 🥺, Can I get an exchange in a Sephora store even though it’s not the store where I bought it? And is it possible to have an exchange with number of order and screenshot of it please help
