Exchange policy

I purchased Lancome foundation few days ago ($70 plus 20% off), but unfortunately the shade didn't work for me. I understand that I'd be able to exchange the item. However, I just found out that the price has increased to $77. Will I still be able to exchange without having to add any money, if I were to exchange it before the 20% off sales end this Sunday?

Hi @noviera The Sephora store likely won't be able to make an even exchange as the price has now increased. However, I recommend contacting the Sephora store directly for more information. Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.

I was able to do even exchange in-store yesterday. I phoned the store to ask a day before and they told me that they will exchange it for no extra cost as long as it's just different shade for the exact same item.
