Exchange policy for rouge members

I am extremely disappointed in Sephora’s return/ exchange policy. I have been a rouge member for over 10 years and I’ve hardly ever return/exchange items however I have a recent purchase that is just past the 60 days and was told I cannot exchange. I know what items I’d like to exchange them for so it’s not like I’m asking for the money back. I was unable to make the 60 day deadline as I just had a baby and was busy taking care of a newborn. I feel Sephora needs to do better especially for rouge members some sort of exception should be made at least one a year.

@Lis13 I'm sorry to hear about this and regretfully, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges outside of our return/exchange policy timeframe. I understand this may be disappointing and I will share your feedback with the appropriate teams.
