Exchange foundation

I would like to know if it possible to exchange a foundation bought online if it is not our shade? This foundation is not available in the Sephora near my home... Thanks!

We are not able to process exchanges for online orders here. Exchanges can only be done in store. You can send the foundation back to us for a refund though!
