Exchange for different products

Hi I would like to exchange my Supergoop glow screen for a different product (ex the laneige lip balm or supergoop unseen screen) and want to know if that would be allowed once itโ€™s past the 30 day mark? Or would I only be allowed to exchange the glow screen for a different shade of it. Thank you!
