Exchange Without Receipt

My mom got me a Dyson Hair Dryer for my birthday but I think I’d like to exchange it for the Dyson Air Wrap. She used my phone number to get me the points in store but didn’t keep the receipt. Will I be able to exchange it without the receipt if it still shows up in my past purchases?

If the item is listed in your Purchase History, the store should be able to locate the transaction in their system and assist with a return/exchange if it was purchased within our return/exchange policy timeframe.
