Exchange/ Refund policy?

Hello, I purchased a foundation last month, It isn't the correct shade and doesn't work well with my skin type. I am wondering what your policy is on exchanges and if possible, since I am 4 hours from the nearest Sephora, how someone would go about the process of exchanging through mail. Thank you 🙂

You’re able to return or exchange new or gently used items within 60 days (30 in Canada) of the original purchase date along with a receipt. All store returns are at our store's discretion so I recommend contacting your local store directly for assistance. Also, you're able to return by mail by using a free return label here > www.sephora.com/returnlabel. Please note, it takes up to two weeks for us to process your return and credit your account from the day we receive your return at our warehouse.
