Exchange Policy

Hi there, I made an online order and purchased the Estee Lauder Double Wear foundation in Desert Beige on December 9th. However, I went on vacation and recently just opened my purchase now and realized that the foundation colour is inaccurate? Is it possible for me to get an exchange or store credit, even though I am well over 30 days? Picture to reference the same foundation (that has been used) vs the one that came in my package.27535883_10214096451059580_2070883578_o.jpg

I'm sorry to hear this! You have 60 days within the original purchase date along with a receipt to make a return or exchange in stores (30 days in Canada). All of our store returns are at our store's discretion so I recommend contacting your local store directly so a Cast Member can best assist.
