Exchange Help. Wrong colour foundation

I’m just wondering if I need the original packaging to exchange my wrong shade of foundation for the correct shade ? I ordered it online on Sephoras website and I’ve used it twice but I look orange. I don’t want a refund, I just want a correct shade. Can I bring it into my local store for exchange and for them to do a shade match in store, or is it too late since I threw the box out?

Yes, you can @Pitou76! Items purchased online can be returned in our freestanding Sephora stores for a refund within 30 days of purchase, or exchanged within 60 days. The store can look up the order with your Beauty Insider account information.
