Exception :(

I placed an order. It had a delivery date and said shipped. It now says “exception” and the date is pushed back for delivery?? I searched into it and it means they couldn’t find or get into the place for the package delivery. They said “they needed a gate code” and it was attempted but that’s untrue they just needed to drop it off to the office the gates don’t close….
