Exception

Hi! I got “exception” as the delivery status of my recent order. My brother used the same shipping address for his Sephora order before and there was no problem. Is there anything I can do to get my order ASAP?

@trbl0614 I have this issue every once in a while when my package is delivered via OnTrac. Unfortunately, I don’t think there is much to do to get your package sooner- you just have to be patient. You can try calling the 1800 Customer Support number for the shipping provider but I can’t say I’ve ever been successful in doing so and getting my package sooner.
