Exception with FleetOptics. No update or communication



My package was supposed to arrive on the 6th of Jan around 2pm, however I was updated that there was an exception (they say a delivery delay) at 6:30am last Friday. 


I'm not concerned with a late package, but am worried that there haven't been any updates since then, which has been about 3 business days.  I have tried calling, but nobody picked up for 20 mins. Also on their tracking page, they say that they currently have no backlog..


What should I do? Is it lost, should I try to get a refund?  I've not been impressed by Fleetoptics in the past, as their communication is non-existent. Any help would be appreciated, thank you 🙂
