Exception shipping notification

Hello, there is an exception notification for my package. I looked and the address is correct (telephone isn’t) but all it states is the local post is trying to address the issue. I have a military address and wasn’t sure if that caused the issue? I’ve had plenty of things delivered online to an APO address prior. Anyone have the same issue and see it resolved? I’d hate to miss out on my items.
