Exception delivery notice

i placed my order last week and it was scheduled to arrive Monday - however, the delivery notice says “Addressee Unknown” below an EXCEPTION notice. I looked it up and it says that means it got sent back to sender. I have been receiving mail at this address for a long time from several services (amazon, target, fedex…) but this is the second time it’s happened with sephora (out of 3 total orders to this address). 
please help, i would still like my package!

I wonder if you called corporate to explain your situation if they could help you faster?  I find when I call the company I get better results.  Good luck to you!
