Exception Delivery - where is my parcel

Hi, I checked the tracking on my most recent order order and it says there was an attempted delivery Feb 17th at 0957am. I didn’t get a phone call at this time, I normally receive a phone call from the courier to get into the building. I then saw my delivery was on exception for February 18th. I have been indoors all day and heard nothing. The tracking page now says there is a problem with my delivery. I don’t know where my delivery is or what is going on.
