I would like to say how pleasant my shopping experience was today at Sephora, Bayshore Shopping Centre, Ottawa, Ontario. 

Alice was friendly, knowledgeable, was not pushy in any way, very helpful and made me feel very comfortable with my selection today. Thank you also for my sample as I was hesitant to change my cream after so many years of using the same one.
