I've seen a lot of posts complaining about the in-store staff. I just wanted to say I had an amazing experience this morning at the West County Mall store in Des Peres MO. All three associates I encountered were genuinely pleasant and helpful. The main woman who was helping me was incredibly knowledgeable and even gave me some skincare samples after asking me what type of skin I have. Just a great all-around experience.
