Excellent Customer Service Experience!!

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the amazing Sephora Beauty Advisors and Customer Support team members who go above and beyond to provide outstanding service! These employees truly set, and constantly raise, the bar in the beauty industry. This exceptional service is why I’ve been a loyal Sephora Rouge member for about 10 years now! This morning I needed to call the Customer Service line to discuss an order that I never received. I won’t bore you with all of the details, but one is important; my order included an item that is now out of stock and won’t be available in the foreseeable future. I was sooo excited to receive this item, so of course I was quite disappointed that the delivery service lost the package. The Beauty Advisor and Supervisor who assisted me today really went out of their way to reach a resolution. Both individuals were very kind, courteous and empathetic, as well as thoroughly knowledgeable about the products. Despite the item being out of stock, they were very creative and thought outside the box to come up with a wonderful solution!! I just wanted to take a few moments to share my story and feedback. Thank you again to the Sephora team! I hope you all, employees and customers alike, have a wonderful beauty-filled weekend! ❤️
