I recently signed up for a happening at “SEPHORA “in your area” event with rare beauty a couple weeks ago.  
I did register and get a confirmation.

I drove over 45 minutes to get there, re arranging my work schedule, got there 20 minutes early to be very disappointed.  Not only did they not have any of the new blushes or lip oils to purchase as they sold out, they didn’t have an event!  

They agreed it was extremely unprofessional and didn’t understand either how this could have happened or that they didn’t have the PR for the event. I was expecting product to be aside to try and buy and exclusive. But there was nothing. Only test me products. Nothing eventful, special, nothing.
