Error by the cashier with my points

Yesterday, at the store the cashier remove twice 100 points for only one redeem (la neige lips mask). I can't go back to the store only for this... And how can I prove it? She said the other sampler was free!! I really hope that you can do something. 100 points are not a lot, but I they are mine... Thanks.
