End partnership with MLM Beautycounter

Shame on Sephora for partnering with the multi-level marketing company Beautycounter!

As with any MLM, offering products in brick and mortar retail store only undercuts consultants and forces them to compete, further exacerbating an already predatory business model. Purchasing in-store doesn't "show the company that this is a better model", it just feeds into the company that continues to allow the unethical MLM structure to be an option despite the traditional retail demand. According to their own website (---), 92.4% of consultants make an average of $46-$336 a month. 

Please remove all Beautycounter products from your website, your stores, and any samples now.

I am not affiliated with Beauty Counter, nor am I a direct seller, but I can't stand by and watch these types of unfounded accusations be placed. 

Beauty Counter and many other direct selling brands offer the opportunity for women to either earn while they are home or additional supplemental income.  There is nearly no cost or overhead to sell these brands, only commission on the business they are able to build.  Participating at Sephora, helps build the brand and make it more compelling and in fact helping its field team sell and earn. 

Bravo to Beauty Counter for creating Clean Beauty products and helping others earn with flexibility.
