Empty package?

Hey beauty lovers, I recently got the drunk elephant party gift set with the all retro. I’ve been loving drunk elephant for a couple of months now! Anyways, my package came in with my samples and everything but the box for the drunk elephant products was literally empty. Has this happened to anyone who bought this product lately???? Is it a manufacturing error???? Thanks for your help
