Empty box

I made a trip downtown yesterday and I purchased in-store the ordinary peptide serum for lashes and brows. When I finally opened the package when I got home the box was completely empty besides the card instructions. Will I be able to get a refund or exchange since I have a receipt if I go to my local sephora, since I don’t plan on making the large trip back down again anytime soon.
